👉 When does the next ELEVATE 12-week challenge start?
✅ You can contact us to start your journey at ANY time or there are 3 points in the year that the programme is launched; in the New Year, after Easter and in September. Dates will be on the ELEVATE page when arranged. ELEVATE clients will kick off their journey working closely with their coach to achieve strength, fitness and confidence withOUT having to go to the gym if they choose not to.
👉 Who is it for?
✅ The programmes are specifically designed to help you get the best out of your training and puts an end to not feeling motivated, not feeling strong enough, not feeling confident, not feeling energised, not feeling fit and healthy in body and mind. The programmes are designed for people who have tried and tried again to get the result they want, but just can’t get it
👉 Can I choose my Coach?
✅ In application we will look at your responses and allocate the best coach for your needs. You do have an option to add any comments at the bottom if you have a request if you know one of us. Based on your responses in the application we might guide you to a specific coach because of their expertise in different areas
👉 I do exercise but I don’t feel like I’m getting anywhere, will this help?
✅ Absolutely YES. We aim to energise and motivate you, provide you with workouts for strength and conditioning, arm you with nutrition advice AND on the the ELEVATE full coaching plan you will get weekly verbal messages direct through the app to keep you pushing in the right direction.
👉 Can I do this without going to the gym?
✅ Absolutely, many of the workout options are designed with minimal & low cost equipment depending which option you choose
👉 What equipment do I need?
✅ You will need to work with resistance with a pair of dumbells for home use. You pick your workouts to suit your ability, needs and time-frame. Some workouts are just body weight based, others to advance you more are with small equipment. There are gym training programmes, so if you have access to a gym you can access all their equipment.
Ideal Equipment List:
Mat
Activation Band
Long loop band / Ribbon Band
1 x kettlebell
1 x pair of dumbells (approx 5 - 8kgs)
If you want to add more then i'd advise a pair of dumbells 5-6kg and a heavier pair 8 - 10kg.
You could also have 2 weights of Kettlebell - approx 7kg to 16kg.
Weights are dependent on your base strength, if you are already experienced and strong then go heavier. If you are only accessing workouts at home then i'd invest in a selection of weights. Legs, back and chest are stronger than biceps and triceps so should be worked accordingly. This can be developed over time and your home gym can be added to as you progress
👉 Can I do more than the follow along workouts?
✅ Yes, there will be a programme for home-gym use and commercial gym use, as some people may have access to a gym, others just home workouts
👉 Can I do my own workouts too? I go to classes, can I include them?
✅ Of course, mix and match, do things you love, that’s such an important part of exercise but add in a selection of the workouts available on the app to add balance and structure to your training. The coaches recommend doing 3-4 sessions of exercise with resistance (weights) a week if possible, but if you like to mix it up with other things like classes then go for it. We believe in a Daily Movement Mindset We have people running, cycling, swimming, going to pole classes and training for martial arts
👉 How much time will I need to do the exercise?
✅ Danni recommends you do 3 – 4 of the workout sessions of 20 - 60mins each week depending on your current exercise level. All can be done at home or feel free to do in a gym. Follow along workouts will be 10, 20 & 30 minutes long. The Gym/ home programming workouts can be variable to meet your needs but no more than 60 minutes. To gain reward you need to put the time in BUT it does not have to be hours and hours!
👉 I work full time, taxi kids around to their out of school clubs – how will I fit it in?
✅ When you want something bad enough, you will find the time but your coaches are with you every step of the way to create habits that will enable you to have some YOU time and maximise what time you do have. Danni & Di are the master of routines and love to help plan, so they can guide you all the way
👉 I’m not sure if a remote training plan is right for me?
✅ With the community in our Facebook group combined with the weekly check-ins you’ll do, you’ll feel accountable in many ways and feel like you can do it and achieve exactly what you want to achieve. It is a time-saving option to get the attention of daily personal training without having to book appointments and travel anywhere. Everything can be done in your own space and you’ll be standing tall like the warrior you are.
